Pros
Lots of parking available, free bagels a couple a times of the year, free coffee until 11:00 am, and hands down the best place in the country if you want to learn how not to do something correctly, morally and with integrity, demoralize a staff or people in general, operate by no process or procedures and lots of screaming and swearing. Lots and lots of confusion, no titles so no one really has any idea what they do. Just a total hog rodeo.
Cons
The owners, they are the board as well as management. Have had no continuing education since their hoarse died and they could no longer get to the school house. Extremely under educated for today's market place. The place is a HR nightmare. A couple of wealthy (only momentarily) old guys with nothing better to do and no idea how to run the business of old in today's business world.
