      Pros

      A much more sophisticated and efficient LSP, Venga was top game in its space. From technology, to processes, to team spirit and excellent customer, it was empowering to be part of such a strong team.

      Cons

      Some of the leadership in charge of operations were relentless diminishers who acted as if they were far superior than anyone else around them. They looked down on employees, tried to keep salaries to the minimum possible, were quick to take credit and push blame, and treated everyone as easily replaceable. This harmed the culture to an extent where even the most loyal long-time employees would rather leave than stay and see their potential being capped.

      A really great team that will go out of their way to help you.

      The training is a lot and can be overwhelming.

We would be very keen to hear how you think we could best fix that. Decreasing volume? Extending training to 3 weeks? Tailoring further? Let us know if there are areas, in particular, we should be looking at.

      Pros

      - The work environment is excellent. Across all levels and departments, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. - A great place to develop your career. At Venga you are given all the opportunities to learn and grow. The company is really investing into you and trying to bring you forward. - Lots of flexibility. It’s of course always better to work from the office, but if client work allows, it’s ok to work from home or even remotely from another country if you want to visit family abroad for example. - You work with a bunch of very bright people. They are experts in their field and always ready to take on challenges with enthusiasm. This leads to some very innovative solutions. - Your opinion matters. At Venga your voice is heard and management is always happy to hear your ideas and suggestions to streamline processes. - Great benefits

      Cons

      None really. You are working on the vendor side, so expect it to be very busy at times. But overall it’s a great company to work for.
