Laid off - IT Recruiter Venator Recruitment Employee Review

Coming from a retail environment, I had no recruitment experience when I started at Venator Recruitment. I joined at the same time as a few others in a similar position as myself, so we instantly had something in common, making the transition easier. It was a steep learning curve at first but now everyday I am picking up little tips and tricks of the trade that help make my day more enjoyable and my results better. After only 3 weeks in the company (I hadn't made any money at this point) the whole team was taken to Ibiza for a weekend of fun in the sun! Just one of the company benefits along with unlimited coffee!

the job has its ups and downs but that is expected

One of the few places I have worked where you really can treat your area like your own business, your success and rewards can be dictated and influenced by you and what you are prepared to put into the role. Genuine opportunities for those that want it to become Managers, Directors and Shareholders. In addition a great office, outstanding commission and regular incentives.

Not really a negative but it is hard work, you need to be self motivated and independent.
