Don't walk, RUN AWAY! It seems like a cool place to work. but it isn't. Management (M&M) are con artists. They will make it seem like the coolest place to work since Google. If you like doing client 'research' through Google searches, preparing countless client decks which don't really benefit the client, and blindly calling private companies and sucking them of private information by giving them false hope that they may end up in a relationship with a client - then this is the place for you. The culture is terrible. They hire and fire like it is a construction company - I saw 30+ people fired within 12 months of being hired there. No severance either even for long time employees - they will cut you quickly! There are no benefits - zero - no 401k, no equity, they will not pay for outside insurance. There are about 12-15 employees total and they make it appear like they have more. They leased an ENTIRE floor of an office building for TWELVE employees so Management could keep other companies off the floor - smart - lease 5x more space than you need but don't pay benefits or bonuses. They purchase about 35 computers and phone systems thinking we would grow - they sat there for 3 years unused. Save your precious time and find another employer!
