      Pros

      Venable is one of the few firms that has an amazing workplace culture from the partners down to the business personnel staff. Definitely a "work hard, play hard" atmosphere.

      Cons

      Work load can be overwhelming, but nothing anyone can't handle.

      The other attorneys and staff are great. The New York office was recently renovated and is amazing.

      Salaries are lower than the top firms, but work life balance is better.
