Pros
A few very nice, decent people. Some attractive associates. Probably room to move up as partners with business development skills average around 70 years of age.
Cons
Seem to hire female associates based on attractiveness which then causes partners to fight with each other over their use. A mid level of partners who can't develop business but because the firm has an institutional stable feel like they are kings of the world.
