Pros
Partners care about long-term success of associates. Good quality of work, reasonable billable expectations, competitive compensation.
Cons
They could do a better job of ongoing training, but I think that goes for all law firms. I also didn't see a coordinated effort at using technology to improve efficiency, such as by using document automation software.
