      Pros

      no one seemed to care what you do or what you deliver. paid decent.

      Cons

      the employees dont care about doing a good job, just about sucking up to the owner. people get promoted and put into positions because of who they know, not because they are skilled. if all you care about is money and "being a baller," than this is the right environment for you. heads marketing department is unqualified.

      Pros

      I like working as an independent contractor for LiveOps. The client I worked for was a multi-billion dollar Sports retailer. I worked as an "L2" or a "coach." I loved the flexibility of my schedule and liked the group I worked closely with.

      Cons

      No benefits. No stability. From January to April, there was barely any work.
