Great clothing allowance, freedom to collab with merchandise team and ask for what you need with speaking their language. Not standard retail hours and flexible scheduling.
Cons
Not a merit based review process in place to accommodate inflation in high density areas upper management doesn't frequent all the stores to understand the market so it is lots of email dialog to get what product makes sense for your location
