      Pros

      - Awesome Office Culture with casual dress and fun office festivities. - We have excellent Directors & Management that treat us like professionals and respect the business decisions we make. - On a day-to-day basis, you are able to see your impact to the overall business. - Being part of a start up is rare, and fun. Leaves plenty of room to showcase your skills and advance in your career while feeling like you are an important part of the team. - Excellent Benefits and the BEST base salary/commission structure in the area. - Self Driven individuals are successful in this industry and business structure.

      Cons

      There are few downsides to this job. - Being that it is inside sales, we hold each other accountable to following through with duties and being successful. - There is high call volume associated with this industry. - If you have little to no experience (as I did), there will be a period of time where you learn about the business/industry and get on your feet. - This job is very fast pace and you must be adaptable to changes in procedures or guidelines. Being a start up, we have seen a lot of changes, but all for the betterment of the overall business.
