      Dedicated and smart partners. Senior management needs further clarification and work.

      Management needs to be clear on responsibilities and direction of the company. Company needs to begin hiring the right group of people, for both Entry level and Senior management for extended growth.

      Pros

      It was informal, with little politics and collegiate. Being at the risk desk is exciting.

      Cons

      Requirement to work nightshift was tough, initially we were rotating but as the company downsized it became long term. I believe ownership lost some interest since they had other businesses they found more exciting.
