Pros

Coworkers are generally great people to work with and also understand the faults that everyone has to deal with.

Cons

- Executive management at this company is a joke. - Forced to support aging technology while customers are lied to and told Velocity has the latest "cloud" features. - The company literally flat out lies to customers. Selling products that cannot actually be delivered but can be successfully tested to appear as though it's working. - Company is financially sketchy. I would receive calls from collections telling me services were going to be discontinued if the company didn't pay. - Growth by acquisition model leads the company to forget about day to day growth and upkeep that is required to keep a business in operation

Pros

Great people - A little downtrodden, but really, really good people! You will be engaged and you will master out-of-date technology - It's always breaking! Your efforts will be appreciated, but it won't get you very far! The Company turned a corner a while ago with some of the more abusive types being let go or heeled - The culture of fear has dissipated - Others would not agree though. There are lot worse places out there - I've work at them.

Cons

Read the reviews and decide - I haven't seen one that I thought was made up - Work \ Life balance would be the big one. Too many "facilitators", not enough "do-ers" at the moment. I don't know if they have the technical capability to take themselves to the next level of Cloud Services - This may be an opportunity for some, but you'll probably be too busy on "break\fix" to move the place forward anyway...
