      NONE to speak of. I wish I could even give them one star, but I cannot.

      Cons

      Horrible company. Bad management. Execs steal all the profits for themselves and leave no money for claims. Management tells reps to lie to customers, do not return phone calls, they laid off most of the staff so there are hundreds of unanswered phone calls every day. What a pit. They should have their insurance license pulled. if you like the worst job on the planet, come work here. Have a Drink (or three) before you come to work to get through the day.

      Pros

      Velocity isn't afraid to get out there and find new opportunities. The company is always growing and the opportunity to work with new people and technology is great for personal growth. The people culture here is also very much casual, fun and GENUINELY open to new ideas and still echos the startup spirit.

      Cons

      Growing pains as you would expect and some communication issues at times as is expected with a company that grows and changes as rapidly as Velocity. There's also going to be a lot of work at times as is common in this industry during certain seasons as well as because of the aforementioned growing pains.

      Salary is a little low considering the rising cost of living in the city.
