Pros
At the start, very friendly with seemingly innumerable chances for growth and change. Fantastic at marketing, they will make you feel welcome. This is, however, short-lived.
Cons
Management operates like a band of high school mean girls. Rampant nepotism and gaslighting behaviors are two serious problems that, overtime, robbed me of my joy. The stress took a substantial toll on my health, exacerbating my (quite manageable) chronic condition to a nearly debilitating level. It's a "frog in the boiling pot" environment; you don't think it's too bad until it VERY much is. Attempts to communicate and/or resolve issues are met with denial and victim-blaming. In short, the pay and benefits are not worth the complete robbery of joy and peace of mind.
