Toxic environment with unresponsive HR and high pressure - Software Developer Velocis Systems Employee Review

I won't say everyone in this company is bad, but this was my personal experience. 1.There was a lack of proper project planning and communication within the team. Colleagues were generally focused only on their own tasks and offered little support when needed. 2.The expectations placed on employees were often very high and sometimes unrealistic, we even worked on holidays and weekends with no extra pay. 3.My project manager just stands behind and watches and asks for updates every 30 minutes, which felt excessive and created unnecessary pressure.Once he even said everyday tell me before you leave the office. 4.I felt humiliated and discriminated against during my time there, which ultimately led me to leave the company after a short period. 5.The HR team was unresponsive. It was difficult to reach them, and I often had to make repeated calls to get any response. This was my individual experience, and others may have had a different one.
