Pros
3shifts, 3rd almost always open for new employees. Paid overtime, nearly no restrictions on how much you can work.
Cons
Not enough employees for the work demands. You'll work yourself to a complete burnout. No shift differential and preferences are towards 1st shift employees. If you work 2nd or 3rd, you're invisible to the management,therefore no promotions etc.
Weekend work mandated. No work life balance, vacation Accrued very slowly (2.5 days off after 6months, 5 days after 1 year). Senior management not in touch with employees and avoiding accountability. Training not hands on. Oh and that garlic stinch that's the worse.
