      - highly challenging environment - great peers who are highly supportive - chance to work in a new and emerging market

      Cons

      - fast paced work so you might get drained and feel pressured - lack of adequate support department (e.g. HR, finance etc) - lack of adequate senior experienced people on the team

      Technical leadership is very competent and provides great mentorship as part of the employment.

      Cons

      Business leadership is unaware of the market fit and neither has solid incremental plans for growth. Inclusion of incompetent external companies by the business management has severely hampered all activities
