Pros

Friendly environment, remote (or so they say), seemingly nice CEO

Cons

Inconsistent, nearly no PTO, not competitive pay Veeva Systems says they are fully remote and yet they are now requiring local employees to go to the office twice a month. They can't tell you that you HAVE to go but when you are in Management there are clear implications that you BETTER come in. Then they took our supposed 'unlimited PTO" down to 20 days and now ONLY 15 days INCLUDING sick days. On top of that we are receiving emails on how working from home has proven to be unproductive, and they want us to do two daily team check-ins (which only takes away from work time and just is an obnoxious ploy to promote micromanagement). Veeva Systems message of work from anywhere is inconsistent. They do not pay competitive industry pay and the only thing keeping us here is the nice people and benefits. Now that you are dwindling the benefits, there is no real incentive to stay and many employees will start looking elsewhere.

Pros

People in your class are mostly great

Cons

Technically I am a Senior Associate. Day before promotions, got rid of promotion to Supervisor for everyone. Demoted certain people in the Analytics department. Imagine working for a promotion for 2 years and getting great feedback by your manager and everyone in your class is told never mind. They likely did it due to the high turnover - many people would leave post-promotion for better opportunities. Regardless, cruel and unprofessional Poor management/leadership, large blame culture, poor pay w/ minimal raises, high turnover, minimal diversity. I know some women being paid less than their male counterparts. I know the Analytics Services Associate job posting seems interesting, but everyone I know who’s here is looking to leave because it is so toxic and defeating, even when you’re doing “great”. I would never grow my career here, specifically in Crossix.
