Pros

- Flex work schedule with work from home options - Great branding, with a cult like attitude toward the color orange - In office perks are free tuesday lunch and a new building in the works - We finally have dental coverage

Cons

- No bonuses for non consultants. Stock options were relevant before the company went public but at this point the value of the shares hasn't gone up (rather down) in the past year. - No 401k matching - In office culture is dead. If you like working with a place where you consider it fun going into work with good friends, this is not the place. - Little to NO growth opportunities. They are more willing to hire a new manager with less experience than the team, rather than promote. - No programs for training or education reimbursement (beyond training of their own software) - No PTO is a blessing and a curse. You have to earn the right to take off, you don't own your vacation days so there is nothing owed to you. If you want to take an extended vacation you better work hard to earn that right. - Very sparse diversity especially at the executive level - Politics are starting to rear their ugly head - Cost cutting is starting to take form. Previous perks and events are starting to scale back. - Managers aren't trained to develop employees - Early employees are leaving. A bit disheartening to see lack of commitment to employee success

Pros

People in your class are mostly great

Cons

Technically I am a Senior Associate. Day before promotions, got rid of promotion to Supervisor for everyone. Demoted certain people in the Analytics department. Imagine working for a promotion for 2 years and getting great feedback by your manager and everyone in your class is told never mind. They likely did it due to the high turnover - many people would leave post-promotion for better opportunities. Regardless, cruel and unprofessional Poor management/leadership, large blame culture, poor pay w/ minimal raises, high turnover, minimal diversity. I know some women being paid less than their male counterparts. I know the Analytics Services Associate job posting seems interesting, but everyone I know who’s here is looking to leave because it is so toxic and defeating, even when you’re doing “great”. I would never grow my career here, specifically in Crossix.
