Pros
Veeva is a fast-paced, growing company, in a very specific but important space, with a ton to learn if you begin your career here. If you have an interest in the life sciences industry, it's the place to be. Pay was higher than expected. Benefits are way above average: very low deductible, matching 401ks, automatic life insurance, eye, dental ect. The interview process is very long and can be intense, but it makes for excellent, intelligent teams with a wealth of industry knowledge as many are hired from life sciences. Upper management, at least in my department, trusts its staff and is constantly looking for employee advice on improving operations which has translated to improved sales methods, cycles and customer satisfaction. Be prepared to work hard. Veeva leads its industry for a reason, so if you're not willing to put in the effort to learn, grow, and be successful here, I would not recommend it.
Cons
Interdepartmental communication could be improved. Difficult to do since there are so many different teams, but more guidelines could be put in place
