The interview process for software engineers is pretty rigorous, making it impossible for mediocre developers to get hired. Reasonable/not very demanding work load for competent developers. Free lunches save money and time. Good upper management people. Industry leader (helps with new products penetration). Stocks constantly increase after earning reports every quarter
Cons
On the flip side, other more well-known (consumer-products tech companies) are targeting the same candidates pool. Having difficulty to hire top 1% to 0.1% developers
