      Pros

      There are some good people left. If you're lucky, you may join a department that isn't too affected.

      Cons

      Most of management have no clue what they're doing, morale is low. LOTS of politics, favoritism, unfair hiring. The good people are let go or end up leaving, the lazy and ignorant stay because they play the politics.
