Great environment, good salary and supporting team

Nothing is bad here all good

I joined this company a year and a half back. The company is a small set-up but it is indeed growing and seems to be on the right path. The pros: - Veebrij has good clients/projects due to which employees get to work in a learning environment. - As it is a small set-up, the stringent and suffocating hierarchy is missing here. It is very easy to work here with other employees. - It is a flat working environment here, that is, there is no one to boss around you. - Salary and appraisals are also good and at a competitive level. - Work and personal life balance is very much here. However, the pressure of work is always there but then no one can complain that personal life is being hampered. - Client-side management is excellent to work with, very understanding, and cooperative. - I, as a professional, has grown and learned in the past one and a half year of my employment here. - I have seen this company grow from some 25 employees to where it is today. It is on a right path and with right kind of clients, it is indeed an excellent place to work. - As of now very close to a metro station and has good connectivity to other places in Noida. - In order to ease up the work pressure, the administration has been trying to implement games, competition, and other events.

There aren't many cons, however, as it is a small set-up: - HR and Finance department need development work. - Better HR policies and processes need to be carved out.
