-Very open communication between all employees and all departments. -The atmosphere created by all employees is welcoming and supportive. -compensation and bonuses are consistent when you work hard individually and as a team. -Growth opportunity. I have started my career at Veeam 1 year ago, with no previous knowledge in IT or software. I worked hard and studied to make sure I can become knowledgeable in this industry but received a lot of help from my managers and colleagues. If you are a self-driven, sociable person that is eager to excel and grow, this is the place you want to be! Throughout the last 12 months, I have been promoted twice after being able to prove my dedication to this company and Veeam offers so much opportunity for growth. I can't recommend a workplace more than Veeam, truly changed my life.
Cons
-It could get stressful when changes are implemented before they are placed in the system and at times, will get overwhelming. However, like I mentioned before, if you dedicate some time and attention to adapting to these changes, you will be okay. All workplaces have moving parts and changes being made, but I go into all situations with a positive attitude and that has helped me succeed.
