Salaries are not Market competitive

Workload is too much, company is expanding at a very fast pace but they are not hiring new resources according to the requirement, existing resources are overloaded, have to work extra hours everyday, and there is no compensation for those extra hours
Some Managers keep assigning new cases without caring about the existing workload on the Engineer
They hesitate alot about giving good salary increments,
It looks like there is no employees retention policy
