Pros

Max2 Inc. / Veea is a wonderful company to work for. Within this company there is room for growth, wearing many hats, and direct collaboration with various departments, including admin and leadership team. Max2 Inc. usually is involved in multiple global and local projects re: the latest technology solutions, apps, and hardware. There is both a corporate feel as well as a social edgy feel depending on which area of the company you work within. It is a close knit hard working team, although there is also flexibility when needed. The company is filled with highly intelligent, honest, and talented employees. It is also extremely diverse and always welcomes diversity.

Cons

Really no immediate 'cons'. The company is a fast pace growing a startup and has only improved since i've begined working here.

Pros

The developers that were working hard on the product really had a passion for it. As one other review put it, they will be the highlight of your day.

Cons

Chasing every possible market opportunity isn't bad by any means, but when they aren't even focusing on the same feature set it means that teams are working weekends and always feel like it is crunch time. The development team has a high turnover rate. Senior management is some of the rudest individuals I've ever had the chance to work with. Yelling at people on large conference calls and casually changing the direction of the product and expecting a large pivot to be done in days is unrealistic. Finally, you are typically paid under market value, and the "perks" of working here are below industry standard HR policies (vacation days, remote work policy, and anything people would expect from a "startup").
