Great company for people with right attitude. Guess what, Veetechnologies is listed in the Top 500 Fastest Growing Companies in the US. There is a seachange in the way our company works now with state of the art workplace in SEZ being built. Compenstation packages are very attractive and competitive with industry standards. Even the canteen is undergoing a makeover with high quality food from professional services. Thanks to the management for all these initiatives. I am sure our company will grow like anything in the coming years especially the Medical Coding Department where the workforce is doing a wonderful job with adequate support from the management. Employee engagement programs by the HR Department are really relaxing. Our Sr. VP and GM HR, the two most tactful people i have ever met in my career. Its because of their advice and support where i am now and where i will be in the next few years.
Cons
I do not see much in the way of any negative except that consideration can be given to weekly offs and public holidays.
