This workplace has too much internal politics, and the management is extremely biased. They make you feel valued and claim that everyone is treated equally, but their actions do not reflect this at all.
Unfortunately, there is nothing positive I can say about this place. Even the HR team is not supportive when issues arise. On the surface, the environment is portrayed as fun and chill, but beneath that image, there are serious problems.
It’s not surprising that employees join and leave quickly, as very few people stay long-term. What’s more concerning is that even senior leadership seems unaware of what’s actually happening on the ground.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to save themselves the trouble and look for better opportunities elsewhere.
