The bar is high. It’s a place for self-starters who are comfortable with ambiguity and change. Infrastructure is still evolving—typical for a company scaling fast, but it requires adaptability and initiative.

I cannot think of one.

The leadership has no idea what they are doing, and as a result no one in the organization has a clear roadmap. They onboard customers they can’t support because all they care about is closing deals. They don’t take feedback from employees and customers, and believe the solution to problems is firing people left and right. There is no AI: they hire cheap labor overseas to manage customers social media and search for grants, and they’ve only won grants for one or two customers.
