      Pros

      I have a voice! From the CEO to the Branch Leadership, they all care about my thoughts and my perspective. They take care of their people. They don't shy away from things that are hard but the company focuses on solutions rather than just problems. They appreciate change and value the ability to be agile and pivot. Genuinely, you can tell and feel that they care about us and want us to be happy and successful.

      Cons

      This company is filled with driven, motivated and passionate people. You have to want to be successful to feel good about working here.

      -Good community -No firm sales goals -Referrals bring extra pay -Benefits start immediately -Plenty of time for training

      Cons

      -Pay is low -No compensation for commute -Punished for using sick days -Some benefits plans suck -Diversity committee entirely for show
