      Pros

      Reasonable Pay. Good work-life balance. Access to executive level management. Good benefits with exception of health insurance.

      Cons

      Potential for stagnate or limited career advancement. Major inefficiencies within Vectra that are exasperated when the Zions (parent company) management and oversight step in. Smaller Bank limits potential opportunities. Terrible health insurance.

      -Good community -No firm sales goals -Referrals bring extra pay -Benefits start immediately -Plenty of time for training

      Cons

      -Pay is low -No compensation for commute -Punished for using sick days -Some benefits plans suck -Diversity committee entirely for show
