      Fantastic leadership Supportive Culture Genuinely care about employees Collaborative - they really care about what you think. 25% of our workforce was promoted in 2015. Our average employee has been here 7.09 years.

      Cons

      The organization is going through some changes and is attempting to become more technically advanced so that customers can do business with us in a simple, easy, fast method. Changing that takes time.

      -Good community -No firm sales goals -Referrals bring extra pay -Benefits start immediately -Plenty of time for training

      -Pay is low -No compensation for commute -Punished for using sick days -Some benefits plans suck -Diversity committee entirely for show
