      Customers, banker hours, balance of family and friends. Like the location of where I worked. Close to home and family.

      Management did not communicate cleary goals and objectives. Did not like dealing with the upset customer. Customer was worst part of job

      -Good community -No firm sales goals -Referrals bring extra pay -Benefits start immediately -Plenty of time for training

      Cons

      -Pay is low -No compensation for commute -Punished for using sick days -Some benefits plans suck -Diversity committee entirely for show
