Vectra was a great company to work for. There were many opportunities for growth within my position and I felt like my opinion was highly valued. I was paid appropriately and on a regular basis.

There are little to no cons to report while working with Vectra.

Every day brings up new challenges while working with Auto2D across multiple CAD packages. The organization lets me explore new ideas and cutting-edge algorithms to improve the performance of the product. Collaborating with varied skillset teams like the mathematically driven algorithm team and the ML team gives me a new outlook on everyday work problems. The management listens to new ideas and actively contributes to the discussion. Management keeps the employees very well informed on the business outlook. Working with CAD Topology (a very challenging subject) to work with gives an in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of a cad model.
