Pros
Well positioned company in its industry. Great and understanding leadership that is very family oriented. The office closes completely at 5pm for front office and manufacturing plant. The leadership is very approachable.
Cons
Would have been 4 stars if growth opportunities and pay were better. Low pay. Benefits and time off at the start are less than average. The raises are minimal, if any. No bonus. Very flat and small company, so growth opportunities are virtually non-existent.
