We have seen tremendous growth over the past year, and have recently reorganized leadership to best address that growth and lead us into what we hope to be another milestone year. In addition to transitioning dedicated and experienced team members into new roles to better address both their goals and company needs, we have added dozens of new, talented members across all business units as we continue to expand through acquisitions and organic growth. Management consistently works to foster a culture of integrity and trust while simultaneously recognizing employees for their hard work and accomplishments. Understanding the needs of our clients and staff is of utmost importance and a top priority for leadership. That is why we host both our National Sales Meeting and Client Summit every year – to receive insight and feedback from our team and clients while also empowering them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
