Regardless of what information they are given by experienced operations employees, they will not listen and forge ahead with whatever their ideas are, regardless of how devastating they are to the bottom line, morale, and common sense. If you are a robot who cannot think for themselves and will just go along with everything you are told with a total disregard for how idiotic it is, that you will be the perfect fit for this company. It is the blind leading the blind. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Thank God retirement is very close.
