Pros
- You get to work on some of the most interesting and challenging engineering problems in aerospace. - There's as much focus on company culture as there is on building rockets, with lots of opportunities to get to know your colleagues outside the office. - Everyone is passionate about their work, which in turn makes it a positive and productive place to work.
Cons
- The company is growing fast (another pro), but again, it's not for everyone. - Long hours. They are constantly making changes to the rocket that created confusing among employees.
