      Pros

      I made good money for the work I done. I had a very good work schedule and enjoyed working the hours and days that I was working. Benefits and insurance were very good.

      Cons

      Wasn't treated very disrespectful by supervisor. Was cussed at by fellow employees and it was always a hard work environment in the department I was employed in. Before when working in a different area I was treated much better. I sought another job mainly because of the way I was being treated.

      I have been employed with Vector Aerospace for 15 years. I had planned to retire here but the company will be closing within the next month.

      Pros

      The pay was good to start but raises are almost non existent. Three percent was the maximum and management would find any reason they could to reduce it to nothing. We were producing aircraft in record times and they still took away all our bonuses. Poor management from the Vice President has caused them to lose multiple contracts.

      Cons

      Management is uneducated and make fundamental errors in decision making.
