      - You can learn a lot (on your own time); - Little technological debt compared to other project I worked with;

      Cons

      - Remote work is limited to 4 days/mth; - Only flexible or B2B contracts are offered (Umowa o dzieło/Działalność gospodarcza), there is no full-time contract (Umowa o pracę) possible

      Hi there! Thank you for your feedback, I appreciate it. Regarding remote work: some of our employees work at our office and some work 100% remotely (at the moment that’s the greater part of our employees). The 4-days limit of remote work is the ‘starting level’ for our teammates from Warsaw, but if someone needs to work remotely more often it’s an open question for us, not a blocker.       Pros

      Very fast and solid interview process focused on pragmatic tasks and questions, both from Sunscrapers as a contractor and from the company I am currently working for. Nice and easy onboarding process - everything is planned and scheduled well, with all the necessary documents, to-do lists, and everything you need to start working. Working remotely without limits. Good people helping with development.

      Cons

      If you work with US companies in Poland there is a difference in timezone so you have to attend late meetings (up to 18 polish time) but it is stated from the beginning from Sunscrapers side
