Good place to work - Client Support Specialist Vecova Employee Review

Nothing really, its sad here. Its an expensive job.

- terrible management, people with no experience with good leadership run the place. - they shame you for using Mileage but still expect you to drive clients all over calgary and the surrounding areas if youre an approved driver. - they only come up with excuses as to how funding works and why we are paid well below the liveable wage even though they get 1:1 funding per client. Other agencies are able to pay workers per client, why cant Vecova. - they literally let you get physically & sexually assaulted by clients. - they dont provide WCB coverage for workers but we're the ones working frontline with potentially dangerous clients. - the minute a worker needs physical accommodations, they basically threaten your job.

Good community that supports students.

Pay was subpar and management was not always helpful.
