Great growth opportunities at the compnay

Management and process can be incohesive and lots of delays with implementing new tools

The salary is decent and pays higher than most associate level roles at other agencies. People are nice at the office but not the most approachable sometimes. The job does get boring and repetitive.

Sometimes have to work long hours due to lack of communication from higher ups. Some higher ups can come off as hard to approach and judgmental. Difficult to socialize sometimes and leads to isolation and under appreciated on the team.
