Cons
Absolutely do not trust anyone that is management level or above here. They will expect you to give 300%, travel and work around the clock, but find any reason to abruptly fire you. This was done time and time again. They will smile and be friendly one day and you're canned the next day without any discussion. Do your homework with this company. The VP of Clinical has a history of this with all the companies he's worked for, and the people under him are equally as cut throat, and follow him company to company. There are companies worth your loyalty and hard work, and this is not one of them.
