They seem to have a culture and soft approach that cares about people. They pretend that they give a flexible working space to their employees based on trust.
Cons
In fact they are micromanaging you. They don’t trust people, they are sceptical. They don’t want you to be yourself. They fired me in my 20th day on the phone! Didnt even talk to me maturely face to face. They didnt show any concrete reason, I was sick and couldnt go to work and I got fired that day with a phone call from HR. My manager didnt even talk to me. This was totally immature and non-professional.
