They fired me because I asked an employee her race! - Anonymous employee Vault Health Employee Review

I was fired after a meeting when a coworker and I were having a conversation via Teams (remote position). I was curious as to what race she was because I couldn't tell. It was a very light conversation. A co-worker that must've not liked me (and was jealous of my quick progress) reported me anonymously. I know who did it though. And Vault fired me. And I was a damn good worker. I hate them.
