Customer service responses fast, but doesn't always deliver...the company hs growing pains. New people are training you. As an RC you spend time mentoring , but don't get paid for the time...the compensation for the RC job is low.

Dealing with other consultants can be like dealing with high school girls! Many of the higher titled consultants with the company are just like the girls in the movie "Mean Girls" It is dreadful! The company never pays consultants properly. Bonuses are not always paid as promised to consultants, and I have yet to hear of any consultant who has had a correct paycheck from Vault Denim! The executives are making endless promises that they can't keep! They string you along, and then just ignore the fact that they ever said anything about it in the first place. Or make up numerous excuses as to why they can not deliver on promises made. Their IT department is constantly making changes to the computer system in which we do our jobs. Every day there are issues with the system, and they can not get their act together with making this system function properly!
