Great office and work culture. Will receive hands-on training and mentorship. Great some new graduates entering the professional workforce.

Pay increases are stagnant for back office staff. No choice but to job hope once work experience is gained.

I feel pretty blessed to have this job. I bring my best self to work every day and earn a very comfortable salary. Everyone in the office gets along quite well. It's good vibes all around.

The interview & training process for this position is more intense, but it's worth it because you learn a lot.
