Firstly, I was a customer of vauld before being hired and was quite impressed with the product, the experience and of course the yield. - The freedom to own your projects and run them is deeply valued and given from the start - The leadership and board support you with all resources needed to get both the 1) right tools/softwares needed to accelerate your work and also with the 2) team you want to hire and build enabling leverage to do the highest impact work possible - Great teams and collaborations from the get go on driving projects home and in any issues if you have

As with all exponentially growing startups, you have to keep up with the pace of the company and with the pace of crypto world, which is exciting but can get taxing at times
