Supportive and friendly team that’s continuing to expand. You’re given a good level of autonomy to get things done, and the company moves quickly, which makes the work feel meaningful. The business is clearly successful, and there’s a genuine sense of progress and momentum. You also get exposure to interesting challenges across the platform, which is great for development.
Cons
The company has multiple products, which naturally adds complexity, and it has grown quite a lot in recent years, so a few internal processes are still catching up. Nothing unusual for a scaling tech company.
