Worst employer-Fake and Deceptive - Anonymous employee Vati Consulting Employee Review

Had an opportunity to meet a wonderful team of excellent resources.

Firstly,Vati consultancy the so called name of the company does not even have a name of identity in their organization but merely have only a piece of paper bearing vati consultancy stuck in front of their office. Secondly there is a so unprofessional and unethical CEO and COO who are the so called pillars of the company who are always show casing incorrect information to their client as well their employees. The COO is a blood sucking leach and will always shamelessly ask his employees to work w/o giving them their salaries for months together. I have really faced a lot of trouble in getting my dues cleared as I literally had to threaten them as I would take serious actions against them. There have been ppl who have just left the organization in pain and vein that they would never get their salary dues cleared for months together. I would strongly not recommend any one to join vati as there is no professionalism and the whole organization is a Fake one.

Vati works best for those who : * Love freedom and flexibility to work * Love setting their deadlines and sticking to it and are self disciplined. * Love to learn and grow with subordinates and superiors. * Love transparency and mutual approachability in work place Since this is one place where each employee is given the freedom and space to grow and learn about this industry and perform. While the leaders are always there to guide and help.

Dependability on employees who take advantage of this freedom - calls for escalations !
